the Manicurist provided a great service and everyone was happy with there manicurist the feedback was that she was observed not really engaging with the attendees during the manicure and was seen repeatedly on her phone one example was one manicure had finished, the attendee was seen waiting for 2 or 3 minutes while the manicurist was on her phone before eventually starting the next manicure.
